salt addict?...blame the rents

It is evident that Americas gravitate toward salt when it comes to food knowing it will provide them with that extra delicious taste. While some are addicted to the unhealthy substance, others have zero interest in topping off their meal with a potential heart attack. Salt intake preferences differ from one person to the next but these preferences all originated during infancy. The amount of salt an infant consumes can shape them to either become a salt lover or hater in the future.

  1. I never knew that the amount of salt an infant consumes can shape them to either eat a lot of salt or none at all. I always knew salt was not good for you but this post definitly gave me more information on it.

  3. My best friend (cough cough Vanessa) is addicted to salt. I always tell her that it's going to hurt her in the long run. I'm going to let her know that if she gives her habits to her children, she can be i A LOT of trouble... :)
