how to prevent snoring



Snoring is both irritating for the actual snorer as well as surrounding people who have to deal with hearing it as they’re trying to sleep. Factors such as alcohol consumption and weight gain can worsen snoring but luckily there are ways to decrease it. Using a humidifier while sleeping, trying nasal strips or even singing for 20 minutes a day may work to prevent snoring.
