  1. I think it's extremely important that parents and children are both educated on what to do if a child wanders off. It is difficult for children with autism to control their actions and everyone needs to be prepared for what could happen when a child wanders off. It is important to keep children safe even though they do wander from time to time educate them on the right things to do if they get lost. Kids get scared when they don’t know where they are so preparing them for what may happen is extremely important.
