The proper amount of sleep is crucial for people of all ages. However, many tend to become sleep deprived then make up for that loss with excessive periods of rest. This unbalanced sleep habit has the potential to cause serious health issues down the road.

  1. I always thought that 7-10 hours of sleep was the proper amount of sleep to get a night but i guess that is wrong. Although i was aware that getting not enough sleep can have a negative effect on people, i never knew that getting too much sleep could affect people poorly as well.
